There were 7 riders out on a rather chilly but bright day, no wind or rain which was a great bonus. A pleasant ride up the old rail track, during our travels Tom Esslemont took a few minutes to convert a pedestrian into a Moulton enthusiast (or so he said) and we then pedaled on to the lunch time pub stop. A short diversion to Debdale reservoir where unfortunately no one was out sailing on the water so we went back onto the rail line where we met an interesting gent with his new creation - a tall bike on it's maiden ride/crash. We all made it back to the start without any un-planned stoppages for spontaneous dismounts, lack of air in tyres or mechanical issues. All in all a pleasant day out.
